Body and Appearance
1. Describe the character's height and build. Is she heavyset, thin, short, rangy?
She's athletic and a bit on the short side. She works out a lot so she keeps in shape. She isn't overly muscular, more on the lean side. Due to her magic she doesn't need to bulk up to be "powerful".

2. How old is she?
Currently. This time line. 19.

3. Describe her posture. Does she carry herself well or does she slouch?
Depends. You're someone she trusts, she's going to slouch and be a lot more relaxed, however if she's more guarded around you she'll be much more proper. Though she always carries herself with a certain amount of pride.

4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Nike is extremely in shape. Years and years of physical conditioning has made her extremely lean. She works out nearly every day for a few hours. Now, relating to her magic, she pushes her body way too much. This will come back to affecter her eventually, way down the road, when she's around 40 or 50. For now, though, she's fine physically.

5. How does she move? Is she clumsy, graceful, tense, fluid?
She moves with deliberation, confidence. Though to get there she's had a lot of trips and falls. Especially when she is preforming in front of a crowd or in "queen" mode she tends to move with more of a deliberate feel. Her movements probably feel even too practiced or cold in a lot of ways. Over thought out. She doesn't let herself be at ease with people very often, and this reflects in her body posture.

6. How attractive is this character physically? How does she perceive herself in the mirror?
I would say she isn't attractive in the traditional sense, she's attractive in her absolute confidence in herself and her charisma. I mean she's slender and exotic looking because she's biracial, so I'd say she's probably attractive when her face matures more. When she's a kid though, she isn't put together and she's kinda still baby fat. She doesn't really see herself as attractive or unattractive, if she had to choose something about herself which made her stand out, it's her hair. And after growing up a bit she does try to maintain a base line level of "beauty", mostly involving washing her face, taking care of break outs, really dealing with her hair. Something she's picked up from Veronica.

7. Describe her complexion. Dark, light, clear, scarred?
Fairly clear skin, she has a few break outs, but nothing out of the normal. She's also pale, more pale than the rest of her family. This was always a bit of a point of contention with her, especially because she doesn't tan, she burns. She has the same complexion as her father, rather than her mother.

8. Describe her hair: color, texture, style.
Dark brown, thick and curly. she usually wears it down, but she ties it back, especially when getting in fights. She only usually does elaborate things for big events, and she usually lets the stylists take care of that.
And of course there's those blonde bangs. She refuses to let anyone touch, dye, mess with those. She got them after an impromptu hair cut that happened during an early battle, Veronica cut and dyed them herself. They are VERY important to her.

9. What color are her eyes?
Dark brown. Nothing spectacular about them.

10. Does the character have any other noteworthy features?
She has scars on her torso arms and legs from various battles. The most prominent are on her torso. Ingeneral she gets good health care immediately and scarring isn't too bad but, the ones on her torso are an example of when a battle goes wrong and you are completely unprepared for the consequences.

11. What are her chief tension centers?
Finger, hands and wrists. As a pianist, she tends to hold the most tension there. And her shoulders.

However, important to note. You rub her head, she is putty in your hands. She will practically agree to anything.

12. What is the character's wardrobe like? Casual, dressy, utilitarian? Bright colors, pastels, neutrals? Is it varied, or does she have six of the same suit?
Casual, to the max. A worn in pair of sneakers, some jersey shorts, a tank top and a hoodie is all she needs. She doesn't even particularly care for jeans, too restricting. She has a few other items gathering dust in her closet, but you'll see her in that outfit most often if she's just longuing around. She tends towards dark neutral colors, greys, black, maybe the occassional brown. She does like little pop colors like pink orange and red though. She also has her school uniform, she tends to wear this pretty standard, her skirt is hiked up a bit but not for style reasons, more because if she ever gets into a fight it would become a hindrance if it's too long. As a note, whenever she is wearing a skirt or dress, she'll usually have a pair of spandex bicycle shorts on underneath. Also. She wears black gloves when she's kickin' ass. They protect her hands skin when she is using her magic to enhance her strength.

13. Do her clothes fit well? Does she seem comfortable in them?
When she was younger she tended to get stuff that was way too large on her, but now everything fits for the most part. She is very comfortable in her casual wear and uniform. However in her work outfits she's a lot more stiff. This is more related to the shoes than the actual clothes.

14. Does she dress the same on the job as she does in her free time? If not, what are the differences?
At work she has two different modes, power suit, queen dress up. She has a stylist who picks out these clothes(though Nike likes to loudly express her opinions about each outfit), her queen outfits, especially for big functions, tend to be way over the top.

15. You knew it was coming: Boxers, briefs or commando?
Panties and Sports Bra. Fairly boring actually.


Speech
1. What does this character's voice sound like? High-pitched, deep, hoarse?
Medium pitched, a bit on the deeper side if anything.

2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
Loud. Kinda fast.

3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
Typical So Cal stuff. She speaks very casually most of the time. However, when she doesn't know someone well or is infront of a crowd, she now tends to speak much more formally.

4. What language/s does she speak, and with how much fluency?
English and Music(and the obligatory spanish one must learn from living in California). |D That's about it. Really she's terribly lazy about learning new things like languages

5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Yes! She speaks more formally as a queen than when she's with her friends

6. Is she a good impromptu speaker, or does she have to think about her words?
She's a fairly goof impromptu speaker, however that may be more of an issue that she doesn't have a filter. She often speaks with out thinking first. However, when it comes to personal questions or questions which she doesn't want to answer truthfully, she does have to pause and think about it.

7. Is she eloquent or inarticulate? Under what circumstances might this change?
She's eloquent in the fact that she doesn't trip over words, though she doesn't speak "gracefully" in a more traditional Pygmalion sense. This does change if you throw her off or manage to take her by surprise though.


Mental and Emotional
1. How intelligent is this character? Is she book-smart or street-smart?
She's intelligent and a quick learner, but extremely lazy. She'll learn what she has to and what she wants to. She's a virtuoso, she can hear something and repeat it exactly on the piano, list the notes used, the chords, etc etc. She could probably pick up a whole boat load of instruments very quickly, however she doesn't have the time right now to do that. Probably in the future she will.
She isn't neccessarily very street smart, though she did spend a year on the run, she can read people very well. It's one of the things her first guardian and Veronica taught her to pay attention to. Humans and how they act, it helps her know which buttons to push, know how they'll act in battle.

2. Does she think on her feet, or does she need time to deliberate?
She definitely thinks on her feet. She's extremely impulsive, to the point that it becomes one of her fatal flaws. She really has to rely on other people stopping her before she barrels into situations she can't handle... and that doesn't always work.

3. Describe the character's thought process. Is she more logical, or more intuitive? Idealistic or practical?
It... it really depends. In high pressure situations her thought process is a mess. She's making plans upon plans upon plans. Back up plans for her back up plans. Really most of these are based on her best guess of what someone will do, its a mix of logical thinking and intuitiveness. When things get more serious, both in and out of battle, she tends to slow it down and really think through the problems put in front of her. She still relies on a bit of luck and faith, however she will think through the variables more and try to plug up all the holes.

4. What kind of education has the character had?
American Public school all the way up to 9th grade, mixed with private lessons in fighting/battle technique. After that she attended the prostegious Clarite University for Wizards. She still currently attends it at the moment, though is only a part time student. She tends to take most of her assignments home and isn't at the school that often, she has a lot of tutors who help her with her homework.

5. What are her areas of expertise? What, if anything, is she interested in learning more about?
Music. She wants to learn everything about music. She wishes she hadn't given it up. And she's currently gifted in offensive magic, battle strategy, and politics (to a certain extent). She wants to learn more about illusionary magic, but it's a very tricky field. Politics is actually one of those areas where it's not that she's an expert, she just knows to surround herself with people who are smarter than her, who actually know what they're doing, so they can guide her into making the right decision.

6. Is she an introvert or an extrovert?
She acts like an extrovert, she's loud and will talk to most anyone. However, she doesn't open up to most people. She'll talk about how her family's dead, but she won't talk details or context. This makes her come off as a bit cold, but it's very much the opposite-- This is basically every aspect of her life. She'll let you see what happened, but she won't tell you how she feels about it.

7. Describe the character's temperament. Is she even-tempered or does she have mood swings? Cheerful or melancholy? Laid-back or driven?
She is all over the place. She can go from even tempered to "/RAEG QUIT" in a second. She has a lot of buttons you can push and even she isn't aware of them all.

8. How does she respond to new people or situations? Is she suspicious, relaxed, timid, enthusiastic?
She's suspicious of new situations. She's been taught to analyze people and situations to the nth degree. However it can be easy to disarm her with a few kind words. She can be easily manipulated if you know the right thing to say

9. Is she more likely to act, or to react?
She's more of a wait and see type person. She wants to see how another person acts before she jumps into something. That said, she isn't afraid of taking initiative, especically if she knows it will work out in her favor.

10. Which is her default: fight or flight?
Fight is her automatic setting, times this by one millon if it involves her family. If she'sfighting just for her own life, then she isn't against just making a run for it. At all.

11. Describe the character's sense of humor. Does she appreciate jokes? Puns? Gallows humor? Bathroom humor? Pranks?
First off, she thinks she's the funniest person alive. No one will ever change her mind on this. She likes to laugh and make light of things, so she'll laugh at most anything-- though dry humor she doesn't really get-- idk I guess the louder and more brash the better. Also, nothing too gross or sexual. She'll just flinch or raise a very high eyebrow.

12. Does the character have any diagnosable mental disorders? If yes, how does she deal with them?
She has post-traumatic stress disorder. Most nights sleep isn't the easiest thing, on worst nights she'll get night terrors. For a while she withdrew from people in general, getting close to people still causes somewhat of a minor panic in her.

13. What moments in this character's life have defined her as a person?
I'd say the primary moments go as follows:
When her parents didn't show up for an important piano recital.
The death of Veronica, her family and first guardian.
When Shinji and Yoshie took her in and sub sequentially meeting Marcello again.

14. What does she fear?
Failing, anyone she cares about getting hurt. Anything she plans going wrong.

15. What are her hopes or aspirations?
She wants to overturn her own government--- beyond that. There isn't much. She hasn't planned all that much for her own future because she she feels she doesn't have one.

16. What is something she doesn't want anyone to find out about her?
This one is a toughie considering in canon her life is an open book for most to read. However, if we did pretend she could go somewhere where no one would know who she is. Her job would be one thing. She doesn't actually care that much for the title anylonger. She really wishes she could just go back to being Nike. The circumstances of her family's death...
Now barring that in canon, considering the fact that her entire life is open to the public; She doesn't want people to know exactly how much of a brat and asshole she was when she was a kid. At all. She feels she was so selfish and ungrateful she's actually quite emberassed by this.



Relationships

She is a daddy's girl all the way. She

Veronica.

Family. Considering her entire family died, she has built up a new one. These people are no different in her mind from her actual brothers and sisters.

Single.

10. Is she currently in a romantic relationship with someone other than a spouse?
Nope.

11. Who was her first crush? Who is her latest?
Marcello. Marcello. Marcello. Marcello. Her first serious crush. Currently she doesn't really crush on anyone in paticular. She's way too afraid of what would happen.

12. What does she look for in a romantic partner?
Someone who can match her. Someone who won't back down. Someone who can take care of themselves. Honestly it has to be someone who she is willing to risk everything for.

13. Does the character have children? Grandchildren? If yes, how does she relate to them? If no, does she want any?
nope

14. Does she have any rivals or enemies?
Not especially

15. What is the character's sexual orientation? Where does she fall on the Kinsey scale?
She's straight-- then again she hasn't really met a woman she has chemistry with-- in that way. However, that said, she really isn't concentrated on love or intimacy right now. It's complicated at best.

16. How does she feel about sex? How important is it to her?
She is curious. Very very very curious and really wants to try it out, but-- she realizes she probably won't have a chance to try it out with the freedom she wants to.

17. What are her turn-ons? Turn-offs? Weird bedroom habits?
People who take charge and aren't afraid to push her around.



Beliefs
1. Do you know your character's astrological (zodiac of choice) sign? How well does she fit type?
She is a Leo. I actually chose this sign with her in mind so, I think she fits it fairly well

2. Is this character religious, spiritual, both, or neither? How important are these elements in her life?
She doesn't have any sort of religious or even spiritual beliefs in paticular. She never gave that much part of her life any thought.

3. Does this character have a personal code of morals or ethics? If so, how did that begin? What would it take to compromise it?
Yes, basically, she won't kill anyone, she won't attack a person unless they have attacked her first, even then she won't attack unless she absolutely has to. She got these basics from Louie and Veronica, plus the neccesities of her job. A Queen cannot just go around killin' people, kay.

However, if you ever endanger someone she loves, she is not afraid to use deadly force, she isn't afraid to attack first. She will over kill to make sure you are deader then dead if possible.

4. How does she regard beliefs that differ from hers? Is she tolerant, intolerant, curious, indifferent?
Spiritually for the most part, in different. Unless your beliefs seem-- unethical or immoral in some way, she generally doesn't care.
Politically... she doesn't care all that much as well. She understands people have differances in what they believe is best for the country, it's people, or themselves. However, that doesn't mean she is sensitive to that, she isn't going to stop her plans just because of protests or because people don't like what she has in mind. She is very driven and believes that she is correct no matter what.

5. What prejudices does she hold? Are they irrational or does she have a good reason for them?
She finds many politicians to be two faced, of course. She has a hard time getting over this despite the fact that it's been shown that not everyone is evil and corrupt.


Daily Life
1. What is the character's financial situation? Is she rich, poor, comfortable, in debt?
She could be safetly classified as rich.

2. What is her social status? Has this changed over time, and if so, how has the change affected her?

3. Where does she live? House, apartment, trailer? Is her home her castle or just a place to crash? What condition is it in? Does she share it with others?
A palace. No lie. It actually isn't very much of a home for her. This is actually somewhat remedied when Shinji and Yoshie come to live with her, but it's faaar too big still for her liking. Filled with people who she doesn't care about or care for. She rarely has a private or relaxed moment. She even prefers the cramped one bed room apartment she shared with Shinji and Yoshie compared to this place.

4. Besides the basic necessities, what does she spend her money on?
Not much actually. She recieves a salary for her work as queen, however she doesn't do much with the money considering she doesn't have much she actually wants. She'd spend it mostly on little gadgets, new phones, mp3 players, keyboards, possibly more collector type stuff. Oh and comic books. Lots of them.

5. What does she do for a living? Is she good at it? Does she enjoy it, or would she rather be doing something else?
She's a queen. On a very base level this means running her country and making sure her people are happy. She was NOT good at this for the first three years of the job, she didn't know what she was doing, she listened to anyone who offered her advice in a kind way. After getting a break from everything for a year, she came back and figured out how to run things. She's basically surrounded by people she's hired specifically who are experts in their fields. She trusts their opinions and has them explain things to her so she'll understand. This has made her a much better leader.
She doesn't enjoy it, she hates this job. But she keeps it out of obligation to her family and to her country. She knows there's not easy way to back out of it, she'd rather see it through to the end.

6. What are her interests or hobbies? How does she spend her free time?
With the little free time she has, she either exercises or plays music. She tries to keep up her practice with her music especially, considering that she let those skills rust somewhat over the years. She's getting back to the abilities she had when she was a kid, slowly but surely.

7. What are her eating habits? Does she skip meals, eat out, drink alcohol, avoid certain foods?
She eats.... sporadically. When she can, in between meetings, music, schoolwork, exercise. She doesn't have a paticular preferance, though she is kind of bored with fancy food. She likes to try and smuggle in unhealthy junk as much as possible.... She could probably get this totally legit but that is just no fun.
